Add grace period for invoice edits

When a job is completed and sent to Xero, it would be helpful to have a short grace period where you can still make changes before the invoice is fully locked. Sometimes the guys complete a job and then realise they forgot to add something. Having to void the invoice in Xero and redo it is painful.
