Quoting! This is probably the biggest thing missing for us. We need to be able to create a quote, send it to the customer, and then convert it into a job once they approve. Right now we do quotes in Xero separately and then manually create the job in Jotter which means double handling. If Jotter could handle the full quote-to-job-to-invoice pipeline that would be massive.
